Salem Elias, MBBS BSc

Dr. Salem Elias was born and raised in Beirut, Lebanon. After high school, he moved to London and received his medical degree from Imperial College School of Medicine with Distinction in Medical Science and Clinical Pathology as well as a BSc in Management with First-Class Honors. During his time in medical school, he was involved in both basic science and clinical research and completed a medical elective at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City.

After graduation, he joined the Davids Lab as the Goldberg family fellow. He is currently working on translational research utilizing the BH3 profiling technique to study the effects of CAR-NK cells on CLL and Richter's transformation.

Outside of work, Dr. Elias has a keen interest in medical education, AI in healthcare and politics. He enjoys swimming, playing the piano, reading books of various genres and traveling.
